Brightwell Elemental 7#

Brightwell Aquatics Elemental is a comprehensive reef supplement designed to support coral, clam, and invertebrate skeletal growth by providing a balanced blend of calcium, carbonates, magnesium, and strontium. This formula mimics natural aragonite composition, helping reef-building organisms thrive in marine aquariums.

Unlike traditional calcium supplements, Elemental features twice the calcium-to-carbonate ratio found in natural aragonite, making it a highly efficient calcium source for reef systems. It enhances alkalinity stability, promotes strong coral structure, and prevents pH fluctuations.

This phosphate- and silicate-free formula ensures optimal water clarity while supporting long-term coral health. Perfect for reef aquariums with SPS and LPS corals, clams, and other calcium-dependent invertebrates.

For best results, dose regularly based on calcium consumption and use alongside Brightwell’s reef chemistry products to maintain a stable marine environment.

Basic Dosing:

1. Dissolve 2g (~½ tsp) per 20 gallons in 8 oz fresh water.

2. Stir before use and add every other day.

3. Can be added directly to high-flow areas.

4. May temporarily cloud water—dose at night.

Advanced Dosing:

1. Create stock solution: Dissolve 20g (~5 tsp) in 8 oz fresh water.

2. Each mL increases calcium by 5.1 ppm per gallon.

3. Test calcium levels regularly and adjust dosing.

4. Maintain calcium between 412-450 ppm.

5. Monitor alkalinity, strontium, and magnesium levels.
