Brightwell Aquatics MicroBacter Lattice MD is a premium biological filtration media formulated for use in ponds and mid-sized marine or freshwater aquariums. With its balanced structure and high internal porosity, it offers over 7,500 square feet of surface area per liter—supporting both oxygen-rich and oxygen-depleted zones for full-cycle nutrient processing.
Properly established, MicroBacter Lattice MD contributes to significant reductions in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate, and dissolved organic levels. This leads to improved water clarity, reduced nutrient buildup, and more stable tank conditions. It can serve as a stand-alone filtration solution or supplement existing media in sump, canister, or pond filters.

This improves the diversity and efficiency of beneficial biological colonies.

DIRECTIONS

Use 100 ml per 10 gallons of aquarium or pond water.

Rinse thoroughly with purified or tank water.

Place media in a clean plastic bucket.

Add recommended dose of Brightwell support product.

Let soak for 24 hours, stirring gently a few times.

Pour liquid over media to circulate during soak.

Place media into your filter or sump.

Use filter floss or sponge before media section.
